At Baby Grand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like intimates and swimwear are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
